Auditor General Maksim Acevski and SEEU Rector Abdylmenaf Bexheti signed Memorandum of Cooperation at a ceremony in SAO premises

 On 23 June 2021, the State Audit Office and the South East European University signed Memorandum of Cooperation.

By signing the Memorandum both institutions agree to cooperate in encouraging and affirming areas of common interest, building and strengthening mutual business relations, as well as ensuring exchange of professional experience.

The agreed common goals, inter alia, cover:

• drafting and issuing publications, articles, manuals and comments in the field of auditing, writing scientific papers;
• organizing forums, seminars and workshops;
• developing study programs and training modules for the local self-government;
• preparing joint research projects;
• liaising to connect and approximate theory and practice for the needs of the students.
