On 17 December 2021, Auditor General Maksim Acevski had a bilateral meeting with the President of the State Audit Office of the Republic of Serbia Dusko Pejovic concerning the joint performance audit.

At the meeting held in Vranje, Republic of Serbia, the delegations discussed about topics for parallel audits relevant to both institutions, as well as other activities aimed at intensifying mutual cooperation.
